So we need your help!

Keep active, stay connected and support vulnerable people by signing up for our virtual fitness community! Bag yourself a free Myzone heart rate band and start converting your home workouts into fundraising to help fund our support services.

Foodie Fundraising!
Turn tasty treats into fundraising with your JustGiving Page and start stirring up some fun in an online baking class, or bake it to make it in your own competition! If baking’s not your style, try a cookery class with your favourite dish or a virtual Come Dine With Me instead!

Birthday Pledge!
Is your birthday coming up? Why not forgo your birthday gifts and ask everyone to give the gift of a donation to The Foundation instead!? Just set up your birthday pledge on JustGiving and your gifts could help us fund the vital support services for those most vulnerable.

Sponsored Silence!
A little loud at home during lockdown..? We’ve got the perfect solution! Set the kids or even your partner up with a sponsored silence and ask for donations to keep the peace.. or take part in one yourself and have a great excuse not to answer all those questions!

Virtual Runs!
Lace up those trainers because there’s still a way your can complete your running challenge from home! From 5K’s to half marathons there is a distance for everyone no matter your ability. Check out our virtual runs page and you can even bag a medal for your efforts!

Games Night!
Get competitive with family and friends and host a games night! Charades, bingo, pictionary, even scrabble! Choose your favourite, then see who comes out top! You can either ask for donations to enter or raise the stakes and have the losers pay the funds!

Head Shave!
Be brave and shave your head to help #TackleBrainTumours. Organise a virtual shave party and ask family and friends to donate to your JustGiving Page as your hair gets the chop! Not daring enough to shave your head? Try crazy hair dye or shave your beard instead!

Be A Quitter!
Always thought of being a vegan? Maybe chocolate is your nemisis? Or perhaps you need motivation to give up working from home snacks?! Now’s a great time to be a quitter! Quit your item, set up your JustGiving Page and ask your community to sponsor your efforts!
