£400 per 4 ball, £1,000 for Corporate sponsorship of a 4 ball or £1500 for a team of 3 plus one of the above players.
The day includes lunch and a lively charity auction. As well as taking part in golf round, rugby legend Lewis Moody will be there to meet and greet guests and hold an interactive Q&A session.
